The worker bee will come.
Nourish the environment, keep up the food chain, so that the worker bee get their food easily
Expand the bee colony by providing more beehive
Harvest the honey and also the by product such as bee pollen
Bee activity create pollination for the environment, without bee activity, flowers die, crop do not grow

Worker Bee is born to collect nectar from flowers, that is its destiny, it is embedded in its DNA
while queen bee is born to keep product egg so that the continuity of bee colony will be sustained.

A queen bee will not work, while the worker bee can not lay egg

  2. Nowadays, a conducive environment is the first step to attract good talents. The millennium generation opt for conducive environment first before even they consider the pay check.
    Recently, business owners complain that they cannot even attract good talent to come for interview if their offices are in a shop house area, young talent will only come for interview in a proper office building!
    Which means even bee looks for good flowers and gardens.
